Mr. Esquenazi was born and raised in Miami Beach, Florida. He is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1988. After working as a political consultant in Washington, D.C., Mr. Esquenazi obtained his law degree from the University of Denver in 1992. In law school, Mr. Esquenazi was the president of the Student Trial Lawyers Association and an active member of the Hispanic Law Students Association and the Student Law Office.

Mr. Esquenazi began his legal career representing insurance companies in defense of personal injury cases. In over four years working as an insurance defense attorney, Mr. Esquenazi gained priceless insight into how insurance companies handle the very same cases he now brings against them on behalf of his clients. Being familiar with the inner workings and mindset of insurance companies, and equally of business owners and product manufacturers, has proven invaluable to Mr. Esquenazi and his clients. Mr. Esquenazi has recovered millions of dollars for his clients in cases such as slip and falls, auto accidents, wrongful deaths, watercraft and motorcycle accidents, dog bites, construction site accidents, trucking accidents, and brain injury cases.

In 1996, Mr. Esquenazi made the transition to representing Plaintiffs and has since then exclusively represented victims of negligence in personal injury matters, with a proven track record in cases against a long list of Defendants which include all major tire manufacturers (including Firestone, Goodyear and Michelin), several auto manufacturers (including Ford, Dodge and Mitsubishi), numerous hotels and property owners, business owners, doctors, as well as, countless insurance carriers and product manufacturers.

Among the many professional and civic societies in which he is a member, Mr. Esquenazi is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Florida Justice Association, the Cuban American Bar Association, the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Esquenazi is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the Washington D.C. Bar Association, and the Southern District of Florida Bar Association.

Mr. Esquenazi is fluent is Spanish and conversant in French. He is a motorcycle enthusiast, and an avid fisherman, sportsman, and outdoorsman.
